Sylvester and Cockrum’s mechanical division has over 32 years of experience in full-service installation and renovation of HVAC and plumbing for large scale, multi-million dollar projects.
Our technicians are certified welders, master plumbers, and brazing-qualified medical gas installers. We fabricate any size ductwork in-house and utilize modern technology and techniques including coil lines and plasma tables.
Sylvester & Cockrum has many years of experience in hospital mechanical and industrial projects. We lead the industry in ICU room construction and renovation. We also have 15 years of experience in department of defense projects in several countries including Egypt, Japan, Jordan, Bahrain, and the Middle East. Our technicians are qualified for mechanical and plumbing projects on SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) projects on various military bases.
